Any person of good character is eligible to apply for membership to the IMC by meeting the following criteria:

    membership application has been completed and submitted to the Secretary/Treasurer,

    has paid the applicable membership fee,

    has agreed to comply with the Bylaws of this club and signed their membership application to abide by the governing rules of the organization,

    bullet

    A member's application for acceptance to the IMC is dependent on the Board of Director's approval by a two-thirds majority vote and their decision is final.

Membership Dues:
Memberships expire December 31 of the current year and are not prorated.  If you wish to start your membership now they will be due again on January 1.  Membership fees per year may be in any of the following classes:

Adult Membership: (Outside USA)

Online E-Quarterly: All dues and fees listed in the Bylaws are shown in US dollars. However, members outside the United States may opt to pay their dues in their own dollars. For example, in South Africa, if the US fee is $25, the South Africa fee shall be R25 (25 Rand); in Australia, the fee shall be 25 Australian dollars; in the UK, the fee shall be ₤25, in Europe, the fee shall be 25 Euro except for the states/countries which have not adopted the Euro, in which members may opt to pay their dues in their own dollar (example: in Denmark 25 DKK, in Norway 25 NOK, etc.) I.e. Membership dues may be paid in the amount of ones own currency, or one may pay in US currency, whichever is the lesser amount. This fee provides each member with The IMC Quarterly and election ballots via the worldwide web at no additional cost.  These fees can be paid by online credit card with a 5% processing fee, however the currency must be converted to US Dollars using the Currency Converter provided here in to determine the correct amount.
 
  Hardcopy Quarterly: For individual members outside the United States who wish to have all bulletins, ballots, and published material sent to them in hardcopy format, the membership fee is $35 US currency, and may be paid by online credit card. The added charge is to cover costs associated with printing and postage.
 
Spouse Membership:
(Outside USA)

Spouse Membership: Spouses of members in good standing who meet the requirements for individual membership may join the club for a $10 membership fee, but will not be eligible to vote or hold office, and will not receive separate mailings of club information. However, the membership entitles them to attend events and enjoy the other benefits of the club. Spouses who wish to have voting privileges must join under an individual membership and pay the appropriate membership fees.
 
Junior Membership:
(Outside USA)

Junior Membership: Individuals who are 18 years old or younger on January 1 and meet the other requirements for individual membership may join as junior members for a fee of $15, and will be entitled to full individual membership privileges. Any junior member between the ages of 12 and 18 will be allowed full voting rights and privileges.
 

Affiliated Club Membership:
(Outside USA)

Affiliated Club Membership: Any organization devoted to the Modena pigeon may become a member of the International Modena Club by applying to the Secretary/Treasurer and paying the membership fee of $25 per year. Affiliated Clubs shall not have voting privileges in any IMC election.
